We’re a people-focused organization dedicated to helping working families better understand and access supplemental and long-term benefit solutions.

For more than 60 years, our organization has worked alongside unions, associations, and member-based groups throughout North America. Our approach is centered on service, education, and long-term relationships—making sure families have the information and support they need when making important benefit decisions.

At the same time, we’re committed to creating meaningful career opportunities for individuals who value flexibility, professional development, and the ability to grow within a supportive team environment.

In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals and families who need assistance understanding their available benefit options.

You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, helping clients navigate information, complete necessary steps, and feel confident throughout the process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Meeting with clients virtually through scheduled appointments

  • Explaining benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way

  • Responding to questions and providing ongoing client support

  • Assisting with digital applications, updates, and documentation

  • Maintaining accurate records and follow-up information

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Participating in coaching, training, and leadership development opportunities

We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and comfortable working with people in a remote environment.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Communicate clearly and professionally

  • Enjoy helping people and building relationships

  • Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own schedule

  • Can confidently use Zoom, email, and other digital tools

  • Work well independently while remaining connected to a team

  • Have experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or another client-facing role — although previous experience is not required

  • Are legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

  • Fully remote work environment

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Weekly compensation with performance-based bonus opportunities

  • Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training

  • Personalized mentorship and coaching

  • Clear opportunities for advancement into leadership

  • A collaborative team environment focused on development and performance

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping working families understand and protect their benefits
