We are a people-focused organization dedicated to helping individuals and families better understand and access the protection available to them. For more than six decades, our team has worked with members of unions, associations, and communities throughout Canada and the United States.

Our approach is centered on service, education, and long-term relationships. We also believe that strong client experiences begin with strong teams, which is why we place a major emphasis on training, mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for advancement.

This is an environment for individuals who want more than a routine job. It is designed for people who are motivated to learn, build valuable communication skills, and grow into greater levels of responsibility over time.

You’ll work directly with individuals and families who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit options.

Rather than making traditional cold calls, you’ll connect with people who have already requested information, schedule virtual meetings, answer questions, and guide them through the process in a clear and professional way.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • →

  • →

Working closely with leadership to improve service and overall client satisfaction

We’re looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds.

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • Confident and personable when speaking with others

  • Organized and capable of managing your own schedule

  • Self-motivated in a remote work environment

  • Patient, attentive, and service-oriented

  • Open to coaching and continuous improvement

  • Interested in developing leadership and communication skills

  • Comfortable using technology such as Zoom, email, and online systems

Previous experience in customer service, sales, financial services, or insurance can be helpful, but it is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.

  • 100% remote work environment

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Weekly pay with performance-based bonus opportunities

  • Structured onboarding and training

  • Ongoing mentorship and professional development

  • Opportunities for advancement into leadership

  • Support from an experienced remote team

  • A collaborative culture focused on growth, accountability, and service
