Entry Level Training Associate - Work From Home

We’re looking for motivated, service-focused individuals to join our growing team in Sales & Customer Service Representative positions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and is interested in building a long-term career with opportunities for professional and leadership growth.

You’ll work directly with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs, helping them understand their available options and providing professional support throughout the process.

For more than 68 years, our organization has helped provide supplemental benefit programs to working families across North America. We work with thousands of labor unions, associations, and organizations, representing millions of members.

Our programs are designed to provide members and their families with long-term protection that can remain in place even when traditional workplace benefits change or end due to retirement, career transitions, or other circumstances.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• →Connecting with individuals who have requested benefit information
• →Handling inbound and outbound communication
• →Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments
• →Presenting and explaining available benefit programs
• →Answering questions and helping members understand their options
• →Completing applications and required documentation
• →Maintaining accurate and organized client records
• →Providing follow-up support when needed
• →Participating in ongoing training and professional development
• →Developing leadership and team-management skills as you progress

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and service-oriented attitude
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Must be able to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, or sales experience is an asset but not required

Previous industry experience is not required. We provide the training, resources, and ongoing support needed to learn the position and develop professionally.
