Financial Services Representative - Remote

Build a rewarding career helping working families understand and access benefits that provide long-term protection. In this fully remote position, you will connect with union members who have requested information, explain their coverage, and help them explore the options available to them.

You will support members throughout the process, from the initial consultation to application completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

• →Communicating with union members through inbound and outbound calls
• →Scheduling and conducting virtual or telephone appointments
• →Presenting benefit programs clearly and professionally
• →Helping members understand options based on their individual needs
• →Completing digital applications accurately and efficiently
• →Upholding company standards for service, quality, and compliance
• →Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.
