Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build and grow meaningful relationships with designers and architects across the Las Vegas territory.
- →Deliver elevated product presentations showcasing our curated collections of texture, pattern, and design.
- →Educate clients on the artistry and innovation behind our materials.
- →Maintain beautiful sample libraries and tools.
- →Provide timely and professional follow-up on inquiries, samples, quotes, and orders.
- Exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and authentic engagement.
- Prospect and develop new business relationships.
- Represent the brand at industry events and tradeshows.
- Use social media professionally to enhance brand presence and connections.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular territory updates.
- Partner closely with internal support teams on order pipeline and client needs.
- Send thoughtful client communications and handwritten notes.
- Collaborate weekly with your sales support partner.
What You Bring to the Table
- Based in the St. Louis, MO area with strong knowledge of the local design community.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, interior design, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and company events.
- Comfortable working from a home office with reliable transportation and space for samples.
- Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Social media savvy with a professional online presence.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
- Generous tiered commission program with uncapped earning potential
- Annual bonus opportunity
- Automatic 10% company retirement contribution (no employee match required)
