As Regional Director, you will own your market and drive new client acquisitions across the West Coast Region and the surrounding region. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Consult with job seekers and senior professionals to understand their career goals and present tailored ECP solutions that deliver real outcomes.
  • Responding to inbound referrals and converting qualified prospects into clients through compelling, value-driven conversations and confident closing.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities from first contact through enrollment and service fulfillment, in partnership with our career coaching and delivery teams.
  • Becoming the recognized ECP expert in your region — deeply knowledgeable about our services, competitive landscape, and the career consulting market.
  • Delivering accurate forecasting, consistent follow-up, and a best-in-class client experience from start to finish.
  • Managing client and internal expectations with professionalism, transparency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

You are a natural relationship builder with a genuine passion for helping people succeed. You bring:

  • Experience in Career Consulting & Executive Placement is a plus but not mandatory — you understand the industry, the client journey, and what it takes to earn trust in a high-stakes environment.
  • A consultative sales approach — you listen first, ask the right questions, and position solutions based on what your client needs.
  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a B2C or professional services environment.
  • The ability to communicate confidently and credibly with senior-level and C-suite professionals.
  • Self-motivation and the discipline to work independently and productively from a home office.
  • A genuine belief that your success is defined by your client's success.
