Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mercier Therapist to join our team at our maternity-focused spa. As a Mercier Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic pelvic health care to support the wellness journey of our clients, particularly focusing on fertility support.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Mercier Therapy sessions for clients seeking fertility support, and postpartum recovery.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify pelvic health issues, including restrictions, scar tissue, and dysfunction.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals, utilizing Mercier Therapy techniques to improve pelvic circulation, mobility, and alignment.
- Provide education and guidance to clients on self-care practices and lifestyle modifications to optimize pelvic health and enhance fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.
- Collaborate with other practitioners within the spa, such as massage therapists and EFT practitioners, to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans and track progress with clients up to 12 months post completion of the Shared Journey Fertility Program.
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in pelvic health, fertility, and maternity care to continuously improve practice and service delivery.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client-centered care in all interactions and treatments.
Requirements:
- Certification in Mercier Therapy.
- Previous experience working with clients in a maternity-focused or women's health setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to client care, with sensitivity to the unique needs and experiences of women seeking fertility support and maternity care.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

JOB TITLE: Reflexologist and EFT Practitioner
Overall Purpose: Sparrow’s Nest, as a tranquil haven for wellness, employs dedicated and compassionate Maternity and Fertility focused Reflexologist and EFT Practitioner to nurture the well-being of hopeful, expecting and new mothers.
Professional Objective: To deliver the most therapeutically beneficial and appropriate services for our clientele.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform all signature Reflexology services including fertility, prenatal, postpartum and therapeutic sessions.
- Evaluates clients’ specific needs and expectations to determine the best appropriate services, products and personal attention required to achieve satisfaction
- Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience
- Presents a professional and respectful persona for customers and co-workers
- Monitors the appointment schedule throughout the day to stay informed on changes, and performs treatments in the allotted amount of time, remaining on schedule
- Participates in all staff and team educational meetings
- Adhere to Company policies regarding dress and appearance
- Practices the highest standard of sanitation and tidiness in the spa
- Actively builds a repeat clientele, and meets service and retail sales performance requirements
- Uses appropriate quantities of products and laundry in accordance with company protocols
- Participate in laundering linens, washing, drying and folding items during shift; and inventory management, receiving, ticketing and stocking merchandise as needed
- Communicates to management any and all occurrences involving clients or co-workers that may require attention or follow-up
- Is responsible for cleanliness of countertops and products within the cabin, stocking the room with linens and supplies as needed
- Performs prepwork and cleans and restocks work areas as required, including, without limitation, periodic sanitation under vinyl table covers with UV wand of the table warmers
- If not fully booked, utilizing any available time for client communications and supporting the team as needed
Qualifications and Availability:
- A valid license or certification to practice your modalities.
- Retail sales and customer service experience desired
- Must be available for one weekend (Fri, Sat, or Sun) shift per week
- Customer service and team oriented
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexible, and an ability to multi-task
- High energy – able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Life-long learner, passionate about making a difference in the lives of mothers and babies
