What your responsibilities will be:

Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail in French
Provide assistance to businesses, improving their online appearance
Troubleshoot login problems or other technical issues
Assist businesses in doing necessary changes on their profile
Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand

Requirements
