Responsibilities

- →B1-B2 level English skills
- →Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
- →Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- →Adaptive skills and team spirit
- →Previous customer support experience in a relevant role will be considered an advantage
