Leads software development initiatives for enterprise AI platforms, providing technical leadership and architectural guidance while delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success.
  • Lead design and implementation of complex software systems and architectures
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and development processes
  • Drive technical decision-making and technology selection
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and optimization
  • Lead code reviews and ensure software quality and security standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and system specifications
  • Identify and implement performance optimizations and scalability improvements
  • 10+ years of software development experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages and technology stacks
  • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and system design
  • Experience with cloud-native development and containerization
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring developers
  • Deep knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization
  • AWS experience highly preferred but not required
  • Military experience strongly preferred
