Business Systems Analyst – Oracle EBS

Support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) platform, driving technology solutions, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with Global stakeholders to enable business operations and innovation.

Responsibilities

→Provide global front-line support for Oracle EBS users
→Resolve complex and mission-critical system issues
→Collaborate with GT, business partners, and third-party vendors

Requirements

5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
Strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise
Experience with EBS upgrade cycles
Proven ability to lead small to mid-size projects
Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish/Portuguese preferred)
Solid understanding of LATAM market federal regulations
Knowledge of Brazil (BR) tax regulations is a plus

Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Financials (GL, AP, AR)

JIRA (Agile/Sprint execution)
Confluence (requirements and documentation)
Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Concur, Inspyrus (plus)

Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Adaptable and collaborative mindset

Occasional travel required
Interest in cycling or outdoor sports is a plus

Bilingual in English and Spanish
