• →Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to riders in store, online, and by phone
• →Build, safety‑check, and prepare bikes for display or collection
• →Diagnose and repair bikes with care and accuracy
• →Manage warranty processes, deliveries, and stock transfers
• →Maintain workshop organisation, cleanliness, and safety
• →Support stock checks and record‑keeping
• →Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment
• →Collaborate with the wider store team as needed
