Lead SIGINT and RF-based analysis efforts supporting intelligence requirements
Process, analyze, and assess Spanish-language intelligence information
Direct target development and network development activities
Author and review threat information and intelligence reporting for quality and accuracy
Guide and mentor analysts on tradecraft, workflows, and reporting standards
Fuse multi-INT data and serve as a key liaison with Intelligence Community and inter-agency partners
Identify and implement improvements to analytic and business processes

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s degree and 5+ years
SIGINT / RF background
Spanish proficiency at ILR Level 2 (Limited Working Proficiency) or higher
Experience in target development and network development
Experience composing threat information and intelligence reporting
Intelligence Community and inter-agency experience, with familiarity across intelligence domains and multi-INT fusion
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
Ability to work on-site in Riverside, CA five days per week

Strong technical skills applied to intelligence requirements and solid knowledge of IC processes
Experience in intelligence analysis and regional studies, policy, conflict resolution, or research methodologies
Watch/Operations Center or Intel Fusion Cell experience
Experience developing and improving business processes
