    • After the onboarding period, you'll own features throughout their entire lifecycle.

    This includes:

    • analyzing business requirements and identifying missing scenarios
    • discussing requirements with Product Owners
    • participating in technical planning and estimation
    • designing technical solutions together with the team
    • implementing features
    • writing and maintaining tests
    • participating in code reviews
    • fixing QA findings
    • supporting releases
    • monitoring production after release
    • investigating production issues and customer-reported defects

      • Our engineers are expected to take ownership, proactively suggest improvements, and actively participate in technical discussions.

  • 4+ years of commercial backend development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Java 19.
  • Experience with MyBatis.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  • Confident SQL skills.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing query execution plans.
  • Understanding of indexes and database performance basics.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers.
  • Experience with REST API development and integration.
  • Ability to work with complex product logic and enterprise-level workflows.
  • Good communication skills and ownership mindset.
  • English: Intermediate+.
