Spin.AI is hiring a salesforce developer and systems architect to lay the foundation for the GTM business systems function.
This is a foundational role: you will own the technical architecture, development, integrations, and ongoing evolution of Salesforce and the broader GTM systems ecosystem. You’ll work directly with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to turn business requirements into scalable systems, automation, and reliable data. This role reports directly to the SVP Finance and is based in our Glendale, CA office.

Design, build, optimize, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows).

Write, maintain, and debug custom Apex code (Triggers, Classes, Controllers, Batch/Scheduled Apex) adhering to Salesforce design patterns and governor limits.

Build and maintain the integrations between Salesforce and key GTM/Finance Systems, specifically ensuring data syncs correctly with HubSpot (Marketing), Stripe (Billing), and Google Sheets (Reporting)

Architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable REST/SOAP API integrations connecting Salesforce with internal systems and third-party SaaS solutions.

Troubleshoot data synchronization issues, webhook failures, and integration errors across external platforms.

Manage code and configuration deployment pipelines across lower environments (Developer/Full Sandboxes) to Production using Change Sets or DevOps tools.

Perform regression testing, impact analysis, and deployment troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, and sharing rules.

Maintain system hygiene, data integrity, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, and standard reports/dashboards.

Oversee sandbox management, including creation, refreshing, and maintaining data seeding across environments.

Partner directly with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and process automation.

Serve as the primary technical advisor on Salesforce capabilities, platform limitations, and best practices.

Maintain documentation for key operational processes and policies

Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy across all systems

Salesforce Development: Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Process Automation: Expert-level mastery of Salesforce Flows, including complex logic, fault paths, and flow optimization.

Integrations: Solid hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0), and middleware/connector tools.

Administration & Security: Deep understanding of the Salesforce security architecture (OWD, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security) and standard platform configuration.

Environment Management: Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce sandboxes, data migration, and deployment practices (Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD pipelines).

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

Bonus: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II or Application Architect) and JavaScript experience

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent or proven years of experience

8+ years of software development experience

5+ years of Salesforce platform engineering experience

Ability to communicate complex topics with precision and accuracy

Monitoring and alerting setup for Salesforce applications and integrations

Familiarity with application programming interfaces, data pipelines, Model Context Protocol servers, or integration platforms

Extensive experience implementing and developing in Apex and LWC
-
Experience working directly with business facing groups outside of development

Experience working within an Agile team and DevOps culture

Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product teams in a high-growth environment
-
Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance short-term execution needs against long-term architectural health
-
