Supporting our busy Imaging department, you’ll ensure every patient’s journey is organised, efficient, and reassuring from first contact through to their visit and follow-up. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and compassionate approach will directly enhance patient outcomes and support our clinical teams to deliver the highest standards of care.

This is a flexible bank opportunity, working between Monday - Sunday between 07:30–20:00, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You’ll be an integral part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within radiology.

• →Contact patients and arrange radiology appointments, liaising with other departments as needed 
• →Establish and maintain communication on routine care matters 
• →Accurately input patient data onto hospital and radiology systems 
• →Manage email enquiries and referrals in a timely, professional manner 
• →Maintain administrative records, including filing and document handling 
• →Transfer and distribute radiology reports appropriately 
• →Book and record patient appointments via phone, face-to-face, and referral letters 
• →Welcome and assist patients, consultants, and visitors 
• →Register new and follow-up patients efficiently 
• →Ensure all patient information is handled in line with Data Protection, Information Governance, and Spire policies
