Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues.
- →Support employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
- →Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and induction activity.
- →Support learning and development initiatives across the hospital, including manager capability and practical people management.
- →Contribute to local people projects and wider HR initiatives to support culture, engagement and colleague experience.
- →Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- →Build trusted relationships with managers and departmental leaders.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a People Advisor or HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident handling employee relations matters.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
