• →Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues.
• →Support employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
• →Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and induction activity.
• →Support learning and development initiatives across the hospital, including manager capability and practical people management. 
• →Contribute to local people projects and wider HR initiatives to support culture, engagement and colleague experience.
• →Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• →Build trusted relationships with managers and departmental leaders.

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in a People Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Confident handling employee relations matters.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• A positive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
