Radiology Team Lead

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead in the development of assessing patient’s health and wellbeing needs across complex and changing caseloads
- →Lead in the development of patient care, alongside meeting individual’s health and wellbeing needs
- →Develop own managerial, clinical knowledge and skills, actively assist the team to continually develop their own skills
- →Actively develop and promote best practice in health, safety and security
- →Deliver and lead others in the development of strategies, ideas, including working practices and policies for service improvement
- →Enable and promote people’s equality, diversity and rights
- →Actively plan, monitor and quality assure the application of technology measurement, monitoring and treatment of patients
- →Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients
- →With the support of the General Manager, undertake Human Resources activities for all direct reports, as required
- →To foster and maintain a close working relationship with the Diagnostic Imaging Manager at Spire Manchester Hospital, in relation to overseeing the implementation of PACS/RIS data accuracy including monitoring of QA
- →Be accountable for all clinical governance and regulatory matters for the department
- You will hold a Diploma or Degree in Radiography and be registered with the HCPC
- Experience working within CT
- Strong leadership experience
- You will need to possess strong communication skills and have a good standard of IT.
- Previous experience within private healthcare is desirable but not essential.
