Licensed Therapist (Remote Chronic Illness-Focused Care)

Because were onboarding clinicians in advance of our public launch, there may be a short delay between your start date and when client referrals begin. Were intentionally building a stable, high-quality system before scaling quickly through strategic marketing.

• High pay, low admin: Earn $90 per session with no insurance billing, reimbursement hassles, or productivity quotas.
• Total flexibility: See 2 or 20 clients per week. You set your schedule, and clients book based on your availability.
• Meaningful care: Support clients navigating chronic illness, pain, fatigue, long COVID, trauma, grief, caregiving, and life transitions.
• Strong backend support: Access to intake forms, scheduling, client reminders, and tech setup through our secure telehealth platform.
• Simple, sustainable structure: Sessions include time for documentation, and youre paid monthly via direct deposit.

Spoonly is designed for providers who want their work to feel impactful, supported, and sustainable. You might be:

• A new grad psychologist building a remote practice with flexible hours.
• A burned-out PMHNP shifting away from high-volume systems.
• A functional nutritionist integrating gut-brain support into mental health care.
• A bilingual therapist offering culturally responsive care.
• A somatic coach or yoga-informed practitioner who blends body-based work with therapy or coaching.
• A part-time clinician looking for a small but meaningful caseload.

• Active U.S. license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent) in at least one state
• Clinical experience with adults and/or teens
• Strong foundation in trauma-informed, relational care
• Comfortable with telehealth and confident providing virtual therapy
• Professional, private home office setup with secure internet and webcam
• Alignment with our mission and client-centered philosophy

• Pain Reprocessing Therapy Certification (PRT)
• NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM)
• Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
• Polyvagal Theory-informed therapy
• Hakomi Method

• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy **(**ACT)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)
• Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction or Cognitive Therapy (MBSR / MBCT)
• Health Psychology
