Food and Beverage Team Member - Makefield Highlands Golf Club

We are looking for positive individuals to assist with our concessions areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.

• →Directly align with the BCCR Mission Statement and Core Values
• →Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer
• →Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively
• →Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
• →Accurately take customer Food & Beverage orders
• →Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment
• →Clean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers
• →Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when needed
• →Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature control in the transportation of food
• →May be asked to cook/prepare food items
• →Provide world-class customer service
• →Strive to create excellent Food & Beverage experiences for all guests
• →Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assigned

• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Food Handler's Card preferred
• Must be age 16 or older

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Will be required stand for extended periods of time
• Facility has intermittent noise
