The Operations Team Member provides the first point of contact for all guests. This Team Member is expected to provide excellent guest service to all stakeholders and help cultivate a memorable event experience. There will be game day responsibilities for home volleyball and basketball games. This position will also have a large role in supporting daily operations and facility upkeep.

• →Perform operating procedures relating to events and programs
• →Support all aspects of gameday operations for volleyball and basketball
• →Assist in performing preventative maintenance work
• →Assist with monitoring quality control of vendor performance
• →Consistently communicate issues and relevant updates to direct supervisor
• →Greet all guests and stakeholders according to our Guest 1st Service model standards
• →Act as a liaison between the venue and the guests
• →Assist with ensuring all buildings under management scope are clean, safe, and guest-ready
• →Help maintain and keep inventory of department asset
• →Assist in making sure all game day equipment is in proper working order
• →Adhere to all facility and SFM policies and procedures
• →Adhere to all local, state, health and safety laws
• →Perform additional duties as requested by management

• Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent guest service skills
• Must be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situations

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist high
• May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend
• Facility has intermittent noise

• Have a basic understanding of event execution and/or college athletics
