Cushion Assembly Coverer

At Sportsman Boats, we don't just build boats—we build the places where people make memories. As a Cushion Coverer, you'll play an important hands-on role in bringing the interior of our boats to life by transforming cut fabrics and cushion materials into finished, high-quality cushions ready for the assembly line.

• →Stuff and fit cushions according to patterns
• →Cover cushions with fabric and securely staple materials to the framework
• →Button and finish cushions for installation in our boats
• →Inspect finished cushions for defects, damage, or stains
• →Maintain Sportsman Boats' high standards for quality and craftsmanship
• →Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• →Work independently and as part of a team to keep production moving

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. You don't have to come from the boating industry—we can teach you our processes and help you develop your skills.

You'll need:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and work with your hands and arms for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, grip, push, pull, and perform other physical movements throughout the day
• High school diploma or equivalent
