We are urgently seeking a passionate, dynamic Sports Presenter / Journalist to join our media team in Madrid, Spain. This role is a unique hybrid of studio production and on-the-field reporting, offering the chance to cover live games, host engaging sports programs, and build a strong connection with our audience.

The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of sports particularly football—and possesses a confident, magnetic on-camera presence. Whether you are an experienced television professional or a promising junior talent with high growth potential, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Present and host sports programs, with a particular focus on football-related discussions and content.

  • Work as an audiovisual reporter, including conducting interviews with athletes, coaches, and sports industry experts, producing reports, and providing voice-over narration to deliver engaging and high-quality content.

  • Research and stay up to date with sports news, trends, and developments, especially in football, and incorporate this information into presentations.

  • Collaborate with the production team on the development and creation of content, segments, and formats for programs.

  • Prepare and script presentation segments, ensuring accuracy and journalistic rigor in all information presented.

  • Engage with the audience through social media, managing comments and promoting programs.

  • Participate in promotional activities, live events, sponsorships, and public appearances according to the company’s needs.

  • Maintain an effective on-camera presence and communication style, conveying confidence and building a strong connection with the audience and guests.

  • Comply with broadcasting regulations, ethical guidelines, and company standards to ensure appropriate and engaging content for the audience.

  • Knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere.

  • English Communication: Excellent English communication skills. 

  • Sports Knowledge: A genuine passion for sports, with strong knowledge of football, including teams, competitions, and current events.

  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to support live sports coverage.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to edit content accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
