WHO IS SPRYKER?

Spryker was founded to address the limitations of rigid, monolithic commerce platforms by providing a modular, headless, and API-first solution. Our technology enables businesses to quickly build, scale, and customise digital commerce experiences across B2B, B2C, and marketplace models.

We are trusted by industry leaders such as Ricoh, Siemens, Daimler, BOSCH, ZF, Hilti, and ALDI. Beyond technology, we offer unparalleled collaboration and co-innovation, working closely with our clients to achieve exceptional outcomes. This commitment makes us the partner of choice, even when compared to the largest competitors in the market.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of Spryker’s global marketing team, owning the digital experiences and activation that help the right B2B buyers discover, understand, and engage with Spryker. You will improve our website journey; from page structure and landing-page briefs to publishing and iteration - while planning and optimising paid campaigns and supporting field marketing across key markets.

Reporting to the Director Marketing, you will connect Spryker’s website, paid media, and field activity into measurable campaign journeys. You will work with content, product marketing, design, demand generation and sales to turn business priorities into useful digital experiences and qualified engagement. This is a hands-on role for a mid-level digital marketer who is comfortable owning delivery, using performance data to make decisions, and coordinating work across teams, with a strong focus on the DACH region.

You will:

  • Own and improve the website experience for campaigns, priority topics, and key business updates. Translate supplied content and positioning into clear, engaging web pages; identify where existing pages need updating; improve page structures, user journeys, navigation, and internal linking; and build campaign landing pages using a modular or visual website builder.
  • Manage web updates from brief to publication, working with content owners, subject-matter experts, design, and other internal stakeholders. Keep pages accurate and current, coordinate reviews and approvals, and quality-check the final experience across desktop and mobile.
  • Set up and manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels. Define audiences, targeting, campaign structures, budgets, messaging, creative requirements, landing-page destinations, and timelines, working with the relevant internal teams and agency partners where appropriate.
  • Monitor and optimise paid activity through regular performance reviews, budget and pacing management, audience and keyword refinement, and creative or landing-page testing. Evaluate the quality of resulting engagement and leads, not just clicks or impressions.
  • Track and assess campaign results, including activity such as newsletter sponsorships, paid promotions, and other lead-generating campaigns. Use advertising, website, analytics, and CRM data to identify what is working, where there is friction, and what should be improved next.
  • Support field marketing activities, particularly in the DACH region and other priority markets. This may include event and roundtable pages, event promotion, newsletter or partner activity, registrations, follow-up communications, coordination with sales and partners, and post-event reporting.
  • Provide hands-on support for events when needed, including coordinating logistics, working with printers and suppliers, preparing materials, and helping with on-the-ground execution. Being based in or near Berlin would be a clear advantage, as some events require practical local support.
  • Contribute across the wider digital marketing function as a generalist. Depending on priorities, this may include updating company and review profiles, supporting customer mailings, coordinating partner or educational activities such as webinars, and taking ownership of smaller marketing projects that help keep the team moving.

Requirements

~1 min read
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • A track record of working across several areas of digital marketing rather than in only one narrow specialism. Experience as an early marketing hire or as part of a small team, where you have had to take ownership of a broad range of activities, would be valuable.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing paid campaigns, particularly in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. You do not need to be a platform specialist or Google-certified partner, but you should be comfortable working with audiences, keywords, budgets, campaign structures, creative requirements, and performance data.
  • Practical experience creating and improving landing pages or website pages using a visual or modular builder. You should be comfortable translating a campaign idea, wireframe, or content outline into a well-structured web page without necessarily needing to code.
  • An understanding of landing-page and website best practices, including clear page structure, relevant calls to action, user experience, internal linking, and conversion-focused content.
  • Experience using analytics, advertising, and CRM or marketing automation data to evaluate performance and make practical recommendations.
  • Experience supporting events, sponsorships, webinars, partner activities, or other field marketing programmes is an advantage. Hands-on event logistics experience is especially welcome.
  • Familiarity with Spryker’s target industries—industrial manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, construction and building materials, agricultural machinery, MedTech, or automotive—is helpful but not required.
  • Experience with a CMS or website platform with a visual or modular page builder, such as HubSpot, WordPress, Contentful, or a similar solution.
  • Practical experience with paid media and measurement tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or comparable platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, as well as reporting, dashboard, and project collaboration tools.
  • An interest in using AI and automation responsibly to improve marketing workflows, speed up execution, and support experimentation without compromising accuracy, quality, or human judgement.
  • You are a hands-on generalist with a bias to action. You enjoy taking ownership, getting campaigns and pages live, and working through the details needed to make things happen.
  • You are organised, dependable, and diligent, able to manage several projects, stakeholders, and deadlines at the same time.
  • You are data-driven and commercially minded. You like understanding how your work is performing and can turn performance signals into clear priorities and practical next steps.
  • You are proactive and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, while knowing when to ask for input or involve the right people.
  • You are open to working across different areas of marketing and do not limit yourself to one narrow definition of your role.
  • You are a collaborative communicator who can work effectively with marketing, sales, content, design, web, agencies, partners, and event suppliers.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and bring structure, momentum, and sound judgement to the work you own.
  • Fluency in English is required. German language skills are preferred but not mandatory.

This is a remote role. Being based in or near Berlin is a strong advantage because of the practical event and field marketing support required from time to time. However, Berlin location is not an absolute requirement if the candidate otherwise brings the right experience and working style.
