Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Champion quality patient care and ensure patient satisfaction.
- →Provide respectful, confidential, and effective communication with patients and staff.
- →Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership on nurse recruitment.
- →Supervise, coach, and mentor nursing and triage medical assistant teams to promote accountability and high standards.
- →Develop, implement, and update standing orders, policies, and competency trainings.
- →Evaluate team members and identify professional development needs.
- →Maintain compliance with clinical best practices and relevant laws.
- →Participate in meetings and organizational initiatives as a partner in the management team.
- →Advocate for the Health Center and its mission in all interactions.
- →Perform clinical nursing duties (i.e., triage, patient follow-ups, documentation, immunization coordination) as part of the medical team.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Current Pennsylvania RN license
- Minimum 2 years’ nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Recent management experience in an outpatient environment
- Experience in community or public health (preferred)
- Current BLS certification
- Willing to receive all CDC recommended vaccines
- Expert in primary care nursing and electronic health record systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
- Ability to mentor, coach, and set clear expectations
- Well-versed in current regulations and nursing practices
