~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, financial statements, general ledger, and account reconciliation.
- Practical experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
- Knowledge of taxation, audit procedures, and financial compliance.
- Experience dealing with external auditors and governmental authorities is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a non-profit organization, NGO, educational institution, or service-based organization is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
