Proven experience owning solution or application architecture, beyond senior-level development responsibilities.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Strong knowledge of REST API design and microservices architecture.
Experience designing integrations and communication between multiple systems.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with event-driven architecture and Kafka.
Strong backend and frontend technical background.
Experience working with self-managed infrastructure rather than relying primarily on managed cloud services.
Ability to document architecture clearly and practically for engineering teams.
Experience working in a product company, rather than project delivery only.
Strong ability to guide engineering teams and make architectural design decisions.
