We are seeking an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician to support commercial facilities throughout the Palmer, MA area.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial HVAC experience, be comfortable troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and take pride in providing quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service commercial HVAC systems
→
Perform preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
→
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues
→
Service boilers, chillers, pumps, fans, rooftop units, and other commercial HVAC equipment
→
Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repairs
→
Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
→
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
→
Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel
→
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA and EPA regulations
→
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
→
Participate in required safety training
→
Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed

Requirements

Commercial HVAC experience

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Clean driving record

Strong customer service and communication skills

BMS/Building Automation experience is a plus
