Diesel Mechanic

• →Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel equipment
• →Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• →Repair and replace engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components
• →Perform inspections and identify equipment issues
• →Troubleshoot fuel, cooling, and exhaust systems
• →Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and diagnostic information
• →Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• →Maintain accurate service and repair records
• →Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• Strong diesel engine diagnostic and repair experience
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy-duty equipment
• Experience with preventative maintenance
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
