Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter to join our team!

→Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
→Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
→Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
→Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
→Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
→Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles
Strong sourcing skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
Bilingual a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus
Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus
