Stableton is a globally leading, tech- and data-driven institutional investor in private blue-chip tech companies. We empower institutional investors, private banks, and wealth managers to benefit from the value creation of the world's most valuable technology companies through our unique unicorn index investment funds and institutional thematic investment mandates.
With our disruptive mindset, fast-paced culture, and track record of innovation, we are reshaping private market investing. With seven years of 100%+ annual growth, we are scaling globally, and we're just getting started.
This is a part-time role supporting our fund operations and structuring teams. You will take on the recurring documentation and data work that keeps our fund records complete and audit-ready: gathering account statements, logging them into our database, and working through structured clean-up tasks.
We are a tech-enabled firm and we expect you to work that way. Using AI tools to speed up repetitive work is not a bonus here, it is part of how the role is done.
This is not an internship. It takes time to learn how our funds and structures work and where accuracy matters, so we are looking for someone who wants to stay in the role and grow with it.
