We want to grow our team with a driven and talented Operations & Sales Lead that has a genuine interest for tech and a constant desire for growth. - Main responsibility will be around sales and relationship management
- Establish our STACC Community and operationally lead our development program for tech talents
- Commercial responsibly and lead all dialogues with companies
- Drive new sales and build a network within Tech-Stockholm
- Provide excellent services and communication to all stakeholders, both clients and tech talents within the community
- Operationally plan and execute all activities and events within our development program
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience (or interest) in sales and building relationships
- Great communication in close collaboration with teams
- You stand out in your creativity; always seeking new ways to approach top tech companies and looking for the new hidden possibilities
- You’re up to date and understand the real needs of tech companies and tech talents
- You’re truly interested in the tech scene and speak their lingo
- You’re open-minded and able to quickly build relationships with hiring managers
- You speak Swedish and English at a fluent level
