We are seeking a Production Specialist I to join our hard-charging and fast-growing team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Production Specialist I will be responsible for Packaging and Shipping Preparation inside the warehouse. This role is pivotal in the growth of a ground-up company. You will learn and become knowledgeable on the expected storage and protection of the materials to support the packaging and shipping process. You will be responsible for operating in accordance with our quality management systems SOPs.

Responsibilities

•High School diploma or equivalent
•Experience in small warehouse operations
•Experience with ground and LTL shipment processes
•Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or proven track record of success using LEAN principles.
•Able to physically lift 40+ pounds repeatedly over an extended period of time each day.
•Flexibility to work 10-12 hours per day (not to exceed 40 hours per week)

• High attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Ability to operate basic machinery
