StackAdapt is a self-serve programmatic advertising platform used by the world's most performance-driven marketers. As we scale our supply-side partnerships and deepen inventory intelligence, we're looking for a Senior Analyst, Inventory Operations to join our Advertising Technologies team.
This role is central to how we manage, analyze, and grow our inventory ecosystem across key supply partners. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, Revenue Operations, and external supply partners to ensure inventory health, supply quality, and analytical insights flow seamlessly across the organization.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company; we are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own end-to-end analysis across multiple data sources (MariaDB, StarRocks, Snowflake, Redshift) and translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners
- →Serve as the senior escalation point for complex campaign delivery and supply issues on high-value accounts, driving root-cause analysis and preventing repeat issues
- →Design and deliver scalable automation for recurring inventory workflows, including deal setup validation, supply audits, and reporting, using SQL, Python, and AI-assisted tooling
- →Partner with Inventory Development, Technical Program, and Product teams to shape commercialization strategy, surface supply gaps, and influence the product roadmap with data
- →Guide the Sales team on complex RFPs, recommending inventory, measurement, and data solutions and building the analysis that supports them
- →Define and maintain team standards for data quality, documentation, and troubleshooting playbooks
- →Identify supply trends, pricing shifts, and performance opportunities proactively, and bring recommendations to leadership before they're requested
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or a data-focused role within ad tech, programmatic, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of leading data projects end to end, from scoping through delivery and adoption
- Expert-level SQL and strong experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems
- Hands-on experience with data platforms and BI tools such as StarRocks, Snowflake, Redshift, ThoughtSpot, or Elasticsearch/Kibana
- Ability to explain detailed technical analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, SSPs and other platforms is a plus
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to prioritize across competing high-impact issues
- Python, scripting, or experience building AI-assisted workflows is a plus
The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. We do not ask candidates about current or prior salary history, and we will not use such information, if volunteered, in setting an offer.
This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
