As a Senior ServiceNow (SecOps) Consultant, You Will: Design, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) Workspace, including custom views, dashboards, record producers, and workspace components. Develop and optimize SIR Playbooks using Playbook Designer and Flow Designer, including branching logic, automation, approvals, and guided response actions. Configure and support Security Operations modules including Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence (TI), and Configuration Compliance (CC). Build security incident classification, enrichment, correlation, and automated remediation workflows. Develop custom applications, scripts, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow Studio and Integration Hub. Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence platforms, and external security APIs. Troubleshoot, test, validate, and optimize SecOps configurations and integrations. Support platform upgrades, release management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment activities. Collaborate with business and security stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, ITIL processes, and security operations standards. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of ServiceNow application development. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations modules, particularly Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR). Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scoped application development, and platform customization. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting (server-side and client-side), HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL, and REST/SOAP web services. Experience with Flow Designer, Playbook Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and CI/CD processes. Good understanding of AngularJS or React is an added advantage. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM functionalities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You Should Possess the Ability To: Design scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow SecOps solutions. Translate business and security requirements into technical designs and implementation strategies. Develop complex workflows, automation, integrations, and custom applications. Configure and optimize Security Incident Response processes and playbooks. Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise security tools and third-party platforms. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions. Lead development activities, mentor junior team members, and contribute to technical best practices. Work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments while delivering quality solutions within project timelines. Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, automation, and user experience.
