Production Manager-RTE/ Clean Room

The Production Manager oversees daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, product quality, food safety, and on-time delivery. This role leads production teams, manages staffing and production schedules, monitors performance, and works closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehouse, and Shipping to maintain smooth operations and achieve production goals.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three to five years of related management or supervisory experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Experience with inventory and manufacturing software.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings.
• Ability to work in a cold manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
• HACCP Certification.
