Responsibilities

→Maintain compliance for loan portfolios, including ensuring timely payments, insurance coverage, and payment of property taxes.
→Collaborate with correspondents to ensure servicing compliance and address inquiries from borrowers, management, and investors.
→Perform analysis of transfer, assumption, and modification requests, and support loan file documentation.
→Validate servicing system data and assist in preparing accurate payoff quotes and loan status statements.

*Ability to work onsite at least once per month in Portland, OR is a requirement of this role.
