Event Coordinator

We're seeking an organized, creative, and relationship-focused Event Coordinator to plan and execute fundraising and community events that support our mission. Working closely with the Director of Development, you'll play a key role in engaging donors, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners while helping achieve fundraising goals.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of event coordination, volunteer management, fundraising or a related field
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and volunteer teams
• Experience recruiting, coordinating, and leading volunteers for events and community initiatives
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners
• Fund development experience preferred
• Experience with donor management software is a plus
