• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

As a Paint Line Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in our production process by:

• Loading/Unloading: Hanging and removing parts of various sizes from the line.
• Masking & Protecting: Preparing parts by masking areas that need protection.
• Packaging & Labeling: Ensuring parts are securely packaged, labeled, and protected from damage.
• Quality Control: Properly identifying and tagging each part to meet our quality standards.

• Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively with colleagues in a collaborative environment.
• Situational Awareness: Strong attention to your surroundings on the moving line for safety and efficiency.
• Reliability: Excellent time management skills and commitment to punctuality.
• Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Bring a can-do approach to work every day.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift and handle materials up to 60 pounds comfortably.
