Steadfast Health was founded to establish a new standard of substance use disorder (SUD) care. Recognizing that traditional treatment methods often fall short of reaching patients when they’re most in need, Steadfast is relentlessly focused on making low-barrier, high quality care accessible to all. We know that the journey to recovery is unique for every individual, and our patient-centered approach ensures we meet patients where they are, providing evidence-based therapies with unwavering support in a compassionate environment that fosters healing and growth.

As a Care Support Specialist at Steadfast Health, you’ll be at the heart of our inpatient consultation model, supporting both patients and clinical teams within the hospital system — all while working 100% remote. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and their care teams, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, empathetic, and supportive.

In this role, you’ll manage patient intake, scheduling, and data entry, while providing seamless operational support for our inpatient consult services. By helping coordinate care between patients, hospital staff, and Steadfast providers, you’ll make it easier for patients to access the treatment they need at a critical moment in their recovery journey.

With robust training, mentorship, and a collaborative team by your side, you’ll be empowered to grow in your skills while making a meaningful impact. Here, you’re not just supporting clinical operations — you’re helping shape the future of addiction treatment by ensuring patients feel respected, cared for, and never alone.
