We are hiring a Paid Media Coverage & Optimization Associate to support product-level ad coverage and performance monitoring across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
This is an operations + analytics role. You will work directly with a US-based client and collaborate closely with their existing paid media and analysis teams to ensure accurate product coverage, smooth launches, and performance tracking.
- Paid media operations & execution
- Product feed and SKU-level coverage
- Performance monitoring using predefined targets
- Cross-team coordination
- 2–4 years of experience in paid media or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (Shopping + Search)
- Meta Ads
- Experience managing:
- Product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta catalogs)
- Large inventories (hundreds to thousands of SKUs)
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with ads, analytics, and ops teams
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Ensure all new products and categories are:
- Properly mapped
- Approved
- Live in Google & Meta ad accounts
- Maintain a master product-to-ad coverage tracker
- Create and enforce a launch checklist:
Product added → feed updated → campaign/ad group created → QA → live - Coordinate with analysts and ads teams to avoid launch delays
- Monitor predefined ROAS / CPA / MER targets
- Identify underperforming products and:
- Pause
- Optimize
- Escalate to the ads team
- Work alongside the existing ads team to:
- Follow established campaign structures
- Respect budgets and bidding strategies
- Align with business goals
- Weekly reports:
- New products added
- % live in ads
- Time-to-launch
- Monthly summaries:
- Products meeting vs missing return targets
- Client location: United States
- Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM CST, Monday–Friday
- Engagement: Candidate works directly with the client
- Location: Remote (Anywhere in the world)
