Position Overview

We are seeking a Sourcer to identify, engage, and qualify candidates for IT, technical, construction, and facilities management roles. The Sourcer will partner with recruiters to build talent pipelines, conduct candidate outreach, screen resumes, and maintain accurate ATS records.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

→Source qualified candidates for IT, technical, and construction/facilities management positions using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
→Conduct personalized outreach to prospective candidates to generate interest and assess initial qualifications.
→Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
→Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and sourcing strategies.
→Screen resumes and identify candidates who meet position qualifications.
→Maintain accurate candidate records and track sourcing activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
→Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews as needed.
→Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on sourcing progress.
→Research market trends and talent availability to support recruiting efforts.
→Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
→Assist with additional recruiting and talent acquisition projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

→Authorized to work in the United States (required due to federal contract requirements).
→Bachelor's degree.
→1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably supporting IT, technical, or construction/facilities management roles.
→Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
→Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
→Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
