The HR Onboarding Coordinator supports the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources team, with a primary focus on coordinating new hire onboarding and assisting with the employee termination process. This position helps ensure new team members have a smooth and welcoming start to their employment and that required paperwork and HR processes are completed accurately and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys working with people, and is interested in developing their career in Human Resources.

This is an on-site position, with a Monday through Friday schedule.

The successful candidate will be passionate about the little details and have a desire to learn and grow in HR.

Coordinate and complete all necessary steps for new hire onboarding, including paperwork, I-9 completion and verification, filing, and maintaining accurate team member records.
Assist with all steps of the employee termination process and ensure required documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
Maintain organized and accurate team member files and assist with periodic file audits.
Assist with recruiting-related social media posts and advertising open positions.
Assist the HR team with recognition programs, team member events, and other HR initiatives throughout the year.
Communicate new team member arrival information to the Housing Manager and assist with coordinating arrival transportation.
Maintain an organized HR office, including keeping onboarding supplies stocked and up to date.
Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, mailing, scanning, emailing, and filing documents.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
