Responsibilities

→Be familiar with Room Service standards.
→Know location of all rooms and function areas in the main lodge and courtyard.
→Be aware of daily specials and attend lunch and dinner pre-service.
→Have full working knowledge of foods, sauces, beverages their preparation and presentation.
→Know proper tray set-up according to Stein Eriksen Lodge policy.
→All Room Service personnel should work together to keep the Room Service area clean.
