Bilingual Behavior Technician - Balitmore, MD (can be used for the county and city)

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Bilingual Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

  Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

• →Provide communication between the clinical staff and clients

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification

• Previous experience with children

• Ability to pass background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Fluently communicate in Spanish
