Four Points by Sheraton Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking an energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor provides hands-on leadership for the hotel's front-of-house Food & Beverage operations while ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient daily operations, and consistent adherence to hotel standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced restaurant, bar, banquet, or hotel Food & Beverage professional who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role. 

• →Supervise and support daily Food & Beverage operations during assigned shifts.
• →Provide hands-on leadership to servers, bartenders, banquet associates, and other Food & Beverage team members as assigned.
• →Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, efficient, and attentive service.
• →Monitor restaurant, bar, banquet, and other Food & Beverage service areas to ensure established standards are consistently maintained.
• →Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure assigned areas are properly prepared for service.
• →Assign duties and provide direction to associates based on business volume and operational needs.
• →Assist with training, coaching, and developing Food & Beverage associates.
• →Monitor associate performance and address service or operational concerns promptly.
• →Respond professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns and assist with service recovery when necessary.
• →Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and workplace safety requirements.
• →Monitor cleanliness, organization, appearance, and readiness of Food & Beverage areas.
• →Assist with banquet and event setup and execution when needed.
• →Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely food service.
• →Assist with inventory, supplies, and operational controls as assigned.
• →Support proper cash-handling and point-of-sale procedures.
• →Communicate effectively with Food & Beverage leadership and other hotel departments regarding operational needs and guest concerns.
• →Help maintain appropriate staffing and productivity based on business levels.
• →Lead by example and promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
• →Perform other duties as assigned by hotel leadership. 

• Previous Food & Beverage experience required, preferably in a hotel, full-service restaurant, bar, banquet, or hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory, lead, or shift-leader experience preferred.
• Strong guest-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide direction and support to associates while remaining actively involved in daily operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant and/or bar service standards.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• Food safety and responsible alcohol-service certifications preferred or ability to obtain required certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements associated with restaurant, banquet, and Food & Beverage operations.
