As a full-time Carpenter, your day starts with a quick team huddle to plan the tasks ahead. Armed with your tools, you tackle a mix of carpentry projects-repairing rot, reshaping shingles, installing flooring, and prepping spaces for our painting pros to shine. Whether it's solving a tricky repair or working alongside skilled teammates, your contributions help us exceed customer expectations every day.

This role is based in Cape Cod, MA, with full-time or part-time opportunities. As one of our Carpenters, you work a consistent Monday to Friday day shift, with occasional weekend availability if needed.

What You'll Need to Bring:

• 3 years of carpentry experience required or a related field
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
