Strada Education Foundation Internship: Employer Alignment/Institute for the Future of Work Intern

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain high-impact experience and exposure across key areas advancing Strada’s mission. The Employer Alignment Intern will contribute to efforts ensuring students have access to programs that lead to quality jobs and career mobility. The intern will assist the team with employer engagement, research on skills-based hiring practices, content development, and project management focused on aligning education programs with workforce needs. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in driving change toward equitable employment outcomes based on skills and experiences, rather than degrees alone.
