Responsibilities

→Provide functional or technical expertise for Ellucian Colleague projects
→Support system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
→Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
→Collaborate with functional users, IT staff, and vendors
→Develop documentation and knowledge transfer materials
→Participate in project meetings as required

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise working with Ellucian Colleague (functional and/or technical)
5 or more years working in Higher education
Previous consulting or contractor experience
Ability to work independently and manage deliverables
Strong communication and documentation skills
Availability to engage in short‑term or long‑term contracts
Experience supporting Colleague SaaS environments (nice to have)
